Many Suppliers offer a range of pipe and fittings and others offer a wider range of ancillary products required for pipe joining and testing. However the pipe system is not complete until it is fully welded. This is where ECCS comes into its own as being a respected supplier of the latest fully automated and tracked welding equipment; pipeline installers and PE fitting/Fabrication suppliers.
We have invested over £1.5 million in new plant to ensure that we have the most up to date and reliable plant available. Our fleet of McElroy Tracstar machines covers all pipe diameters from 250mm to 1200mm.
Our Fitting Division carries £800k worth of stock, including standard electro-fution couplers, long spigot and pupped stub flanges, tees, reducers and reduced tees. All of these fittings are in stock and available in 63mm-800mm diameters. We can supply many of our fittings ex stock and where a special fabrication is required then we fabricate exactly what is required in our fabrication facility, from reduced branch tees to larger diameter stub flanges or mitred bends. With ten dedicated welding machines at our disposal then we can ensure that bespoke fabrication can be supplied to depots or sites. usually within one week of order receipt.
